Education Program

One of the deliverables for the EnHANCE Ontario Project is to assemble various educational tools to be used by inter-professional and inter-organizational partnerships. These include Practice Toolkits for Leader’s and Provider’s as well as comprehensive education programs designed for Healthcare Leaders, Providers and Students.
