EnHANCE Ontario is a multi-partner project with a vision of leading the development of inter-organizational partnerships and enhancing capacity for the delivery of collaborative and interprofessional care for people seeking access to services across primary care, mental health and addiction organizations.

Provides the means to share and disseminate project tools and resources
Is a mechanism for information, exchange, dissemination, knowledge transfer, in regard to inter-organizational partnerships and collaborative practice
Is intended for:
- Family Health Teams, Community Health Centres and Mental Health and/or Addiction Agencies
- Faculty in health professional, or health occupational programs offered by post-secondary educational institutions
